Long past time for good states to band together & turn the illegitimate Supreme Court's rulings & methods on their heads.

Good states should simply say "The U.S. Supreme Court's decisions are illogical, inconsistent, & incompatible with legitimate law. Accordingly, [this state] is going to refuse to acknowledge or enforce their decisions in [whatever case]."

In short, "Eff you, make me."

And this fascist regime can't enforce the BS they're already attempting.

This is a perfect example of case where that should be done.

If Roberts has one consistent principle he follows, it's that minorities NEVER deserve protection. Black people in the south don't deserve the protections of the Voting Rights Act, all that Jim Crow stuff was YEARS ago, time to move on! But trans people also don't deserve protection even though trans-hatin' is the Hot New Thing.

I wonder why these Liars For Jesus even went through the trouble? Why bother to make up a bunch of lies for your brief to the court, why even bother to write a brief at all? We all know the fix is in. I can only conclude that they lie for the fun of it. And for Jesus, of course.

I said it before, and I'll say it again: The US Supreme Court is not a legitimate court but a rubber stamp for fascism.
