The 49ers could've used Dora to help explain the overtime rules.

Dang, I wish I had watched that broadcast than the main one. Spongebob is a lot more insightful than Tony Romo.

How cool, I wish I had known about that. I mostly watched the Puppy Bowl which was, as always way too cute.

On the plus side, our foster dog finally got the bandages off of her head from her first ear surgery. She's got one more to go on her left side and then, hopefully, the shelter will be able to put her up for adoption. In the interim, the donut she's wearing makes her look way more goofy than she really is.

Why didn't you use an antenna? I have never had cable and used an antenna in NYC and now I use it in KC. They are great.

I have a samsung smart tv that has 100s of bad channels like GET tv and ION television (both are also free over the air), but they also have a slew of movie and sports channels. None of the name brand channels, but as someone who has never had ESPN, whatever FSN4 had to offer seemed like the same thing.

I've been trying to get all my family and friends to get an antenna, but they just won't do it. They are all loving YouTubeTV. It's $75 per month, and I don't get what it does better than an antenna other than ESPN and some other live sports add ons, like Tennis Channel (my cousin pays $10/month for this which is insane).

Anyway, I'm just trying to figure out why more people don't have an antenna. Thoughts?

Our complex doesn't get Animal Planet so I didn't get to see any related shows (Where are they now, Best of type stuff), but I managed to watch the main Puppy Bowl XX on an affiliate channel:)

Parker! We did the same thing last week with our cable box, same reasons. And we watched the game, and cancelled the P+ subscription directly after. I'm sure we're not alone...

I appreciate the light-hearted post and I hate to be THAT guy but... Paramount fired 800 people, including my dear friend, immediately after working them to the bone for the Grammys and Super Bowl for this content. My friend, specifically, worked for Nickelodeon for eighteen years... capitalism ruins everything, yet again!

I saw a tweet from someone who watched the Nickelodeon feed for a good chunk of the game without realizing that's what she was watching and thought everyone was seeing the same thing. The tweet mentioned SpongeBob, so I've been wondering what it was that she thought everyone was seeing. Thanks for letting me know!

Something that brought me a bit of joy: Jon Stewart's back! And I watched his first show, and it was good! I especially liked the last 5 minutes, which contained some wisdom I've not been hearing anywhere else.
