The Present Age Turns Three!
Three years, 500+ newsletters, and 63,000+ subscribers later...
Hi all, Parker here.
On June 7, 2021, I left my job at Media Matters for America and launched The Present Age. Three years and more than 500 posts later, I’m still here. I just wanted to send a quick note today to thank you for being a part of this journey.
Your support and engagement have been the driving forces behind this newsletter. It's been a pleasure sharing my ideas and insights with you, and I'm grateful for your ongoing interest and feedback. For real, I love feedback. I try to respond to as many comments and emails as I can.
As we celebrate this milestone, I'd like to encourage those of you on the free plan to consider upgrading to a paid subscription if a.) you have the financial means, and b.) you think, “Hey, this is worth paying for!” (And if you can’t or don’t want to, that’s totally fine, too! Most TPA readers are free subscribers, so you’re in great company!)
But! If you’re interested in upgrading to the paid version, you can do that here:
For $6 a month or $60 per year (if you pay annually), you'll gain priority access to new features, you’ll be able to participate in group discussions, and show your support for the work we're doing together. Plus, it helps me continue to bring you all of this.
Here's to many more years of [gestures at everything around me].
Thank you for being a part of this.
Thanks!
Parker
Congratulations, Parker!! Keep up the great work!
Oh hey, TPA is the same age as my cat, possibly down to the month!
Congratulations, and best wishes for your continued success!
